By downloading or using DigitalTwin AI ("the app"), you accept these Terms of Use. The app is owned by Güije Studios. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store usage rules.
DigitalTwin AI is a smart keyboard that generates reply suggestions via AI (Google Gemini). Suggestions are suggestions: you always decide what to send. The quality and accuracy of generated text are not guaranteed.
The app offers a free tier and Premium plans (monthly €9.99, yearly €59.99 and a one-time lifetime €149; prices shown in your local currency). All payments are handled by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24h before the end of the period, from your Apple ID settings. Management and refunds follow Apple's policies.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harassing purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to generate illegal content. You are responsible for the content you send and the replies you choose to use.
The app, its design, brand and code are owned by Güije Studios. These Terms transfer no intellectual property rights to you beyond the license described.
The AI feature relies on Google Gemini (Google LLC) and distribution/payments on Apple. Use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant it is error-free or that suggestions are fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Güije Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the previous 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with its date; continued use implies acceptance.
