DigitalTwin AI is an application developed and operated by Güije Studios ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains, transparently, how your data is handled when you use the app.
We have no servers and no databases. We do not store, read or sell your messages, keystrokes or audio. Your profile lives on your iPhone.
Güije Studios operates no servers of its own and no cloud database. There is no user account in our systems because we have no systems that store your information. Everything the app does happens on your device.
The keyboard extension and clipboard access (UIPasteboard) work strictly locally. The app only accesses content you explicitly choose to share (you paste a message, forward an audio or share an image). We do not log what you type or monitor your activity in other apps.
To generate a reply, the content you explicitly send is transmitted encrypted and directly from your device to the Google Gemini API (Google LLC), which processes it to return the suggestion. That one-off transmission is essential for the AI feature to work. Google's processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We add no intermediary: nothing passes through Güije Studios servers.
Your reply history and your cloning profile (how you write, your Context Vault) are stored only in your iPhone's local storage via SwiftData. If you delete the app, that data is removed with it.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely through Apple (StoreKit / App Store). Güije Studios does not receive, process or store card or banking data. Apple shares with us only your subscription status (active/expired), never your payment details.
DigitalTwin AI is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy to reflect improvements or legal changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its date.
