RefMate is an application developed and operated by Güije Studios ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how your data is handled when you use the app.
No data is collected by Güije Studios. Everything you record stays on your device. We do not store, read or sell your matches, your reports or anything else.
Güije Studios operates no servers of its own and no cloud database. There is no account in our systems because we have no systems that store your information. Everything the app does happens on your device.
Your matches, events, teams, notes and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone via SwiftData. If you delete the app, that data is removed with it.
If you enable it, your matches are mirrored to your own private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit. That database belongs to your Apple Account and is not readable by us. Sync is off by default.
Matches and events are synchronised between your iPhone and your Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework, between your own devices only.
The PDF report is generated on your device. It leaves your device only when you choose to share it, and only to wherever you send it.
Purchases are handled entirely through Apple (StoreKit 2 / App Store). Güije Studios does not receive, process or store card or banking data. Apple shares only your subscription status with the app.
We do not sell or share your data; we show no ads; we run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers; we keep no copy of your matches.
RefMate is not directed to children under 13.
