Sound sessions and heart-rate readings are for general wellbeing and informational purposes only. If you have a medical condition — including epilepsy, a heart condition, or a hearing disorder — or wear a pacemaker, consult a physician before use. Never use NeuroShift while driving or operating machinery.
Güije Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NeuroShift on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple's Standard EULA applies where not superseded by these terms.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, its generated audio, or any part of it, except as permitted by law.
NeuroShift is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Individual responses to sound stimulation vary; we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Güije Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this address.
