AdsWatch is strictly dependent on access to the Google Ads API, which is provided and governed by Google LLC. The availability and functionality of this application may be affected if Google modifies, restricts, or terminates API access. By using AdsWatch, you acknowledge this dependency.
1 Description of Service
AdsWatch provides a visual dashboard for monitoring Google Ads campaigns on iOS and watchOS devices, including iPhone, Apple Watch, Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets, and Dynamic Island Live Activities.
AdsWatch is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC or any of its subsidiaries. The Google Ads name and logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
2 User Responsibilities
You must have a valid Google Ads account to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the app for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
You agree to use the app in accordance with Google's Terms of Service and Google Ads policies.
3 Limitations of Liability & API Dependency
AdsWatch provides data "as is" based on the information provided by the Google Ads API. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed.
Güije Studios is not responsible for any financial decisions, advertising losses, or data discrepancies resulting from the use of the app.
Furthermore, we cannot guarantee permanent availability of the service if Google LLC modifies, restricts, or terminates access to its API in a way that makes the application's operation infeasible. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users and explore alternative solutions.
4 Payments, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Access
Free Trial
All plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
3 DAYS
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans are auto-renewable. You can manage or cancel them at any time via your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions.
CANCELLABLE
Lifetime Access
The "Lifetime" or "One-Time Purchase" plan grants access for the operational lifetime of the application — defined as the period during which the app remains functional on the App Store. Basic Lifetime allows 1 Google Ads account. Unlimited Lifetime allows unlimited accounts.
ONE-TIME
Refund Policy
All transactions are handled by Apple. Per Apple's policy, all purchases are considered final. In the event that the service must be discontinued due to third-party API changes (Google Ads API) or other forces beyond our control, no refunds will be issued for completed lifetime or subscription payments. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

5 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Google Ads API requirements, Apple platform requirements, or our app's functionality.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via app updates or notifications where feasible.
6 Intellectual Property
AdsWatch, its design, code, and all related assets are the property of Güije Studios. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your Apple devices as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
7 Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
